With our close proximity to the University of Victoria, Mount Douglas, dozens of beaches, and downtown Victoria, you are bound to find something to see and do every day of your visit.

If you love Kayaking or canoe, it could be an activity. 5 minutes away, you swim in Pacific paradise. Max 6 pers means family/kids.

Outside, guests have their own private seating area and BBQ for relaxed outdoor dining. Surrounded by forest, with a seasonal waterfall, nature hikes to our 1 km of coastline. Just 20 mins to Victoria or Mill Bay, close to the Malahat Skywalk, island wineries, and Butchart Gardens via ferry.

Welcome to your private oceanfront getaway Nestled in a (distanced) private area of our property awaits this 40 foot rustic/industrial style converted bus. Take in the ocean view of the Sooke Basin and the mountains of Washington state across the strait of Juan De Fuca. Enjoy a visit from our dog, Argo, who lives on the property and loves our guests. Ocean front West Coast retreat located 40 meters above the surf, bordering China Beach. Enjoy beach fires, forest walks, hiking, mushroom forging and surfing. A short intermediate private trail will take you down to the beach. The 560 square foot cabin is set back on the property, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Juan de Fuca Straight. Cozy up by the wood fire in this cozy 1 king bed cabin or have a bath in the outdoor tub and enjoy the breathtaking views!
