Top quality appliances, Indoor out door spaces, Walking distant to Abbott Kinney ,restaurants , 3rd Street Promenade and the Metro. (Front door bell camera and "Cameras are on the outside of the property only for safety.1 is in front of the building 2 in the walk way to the unit 3 in the garage 4 in the garage). Host has studio apt below with separate entrance

5 min to LAX, Private Entrance, Studio Apartment

Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).
