Smoking and fires of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the property. The cottage is very private, surrounded by forest and sea. It typically has good cell phone coverage and we have wifi. It is half way between Baddeck and Sydney and a perfect spot for anyone travelling the Cabot Trail. Firewood provided for fire pit if the burn ban is not in effect. Kayaks are available to use at your own risk, with life jackets, and if you are experienced in paddling.

This 2 bedroom cottage has a full yard and firepit. 2 small bedrooms both have queen beds and dressers, full living room, fully equipped kitchen (just bring food/coffee). Full bathroom with walk-in shower. Private yard and BBQ. Adirondack chairs with private firepit and screened-in porch. FAST Starlink WIFI, shampoo, soaps provided. Leashed dogs A-ok!🐕 Free firewood may be provided, check with host! 😊 Driveway is steep but well maintained. No bikes, please.
