Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Il mio alloggio è una tipica casa indipendente di campagna in Toscana, tutta in pietra e legno sapientemente restaurata nel rispetto della tradizione. Si trova nella prima collina di Camaiore a 9 Km dal mare della Versilia e a 25 m di macchina dalla bellissima città di Lucca. Un territorio naturalmente predisposto al "bien vivre" grazie ad un'armonica combinazione fra natura, cultura e buon cibo.Vicina alle città d'arte più iconiche: Pisa, Firenze, Siena, Le 5 Terre, le Alpi Apuane, Pietrasanta

La nostra casetta di campagna, raggiungibile tramite una strada sterrata non illuminata, lunga circa 1 Km, è circondata da un oliveto e da boschi, dista un paio di chilometri dall'autostrada (A12 e A15, Pisa a 60 Km, Firenze a 140 Km, Genova a 100 Km), dalla stazione ferroviaria di S. Stefano di Magra (le Cinque Terre sono raggiungibili con il treno in 45/60 minuti) e dal percorso della via Francigena (http://www.viefrancigene.org/it/llmap/?layer=poi.201&id=2040). Il mare è a 15 km dalla casa.

Nella splendida cornice della località La Serra, frazione di Lerici, sorge il Giardino degli Aromi, proprietà immersa nel verde e circondata dai profumi e dai sapori della Liguria. La location è una struttura antica rivista in chiave moderna e propone una vista mozzafiato verso Portovenere con tramonti suggestivi. Il giardino curato e finemente arredato si estende fino all'uliveto. Lerici, Tellaro, 5 Terre, Portovenere e le isole sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, con bus o con i battelli.
