Den populære Hauklandstranda ligger ca 15 minutter fra rorbua. Leknes by, flyplass og hurtigruten i kort avstand til rorbua. Ønsker du å prøve lykken i den fiskerike Vestfjorden, er leie av båt mulig. I månedene jan-april pågår det kjente Lofotfisket, og du kan oppleve dette fisket på Ballstad, som er et av Lofotens største og livskraftige fiskevær.

Nyoppusset vinterisolert og barnevennlig rorbu på påler. Vår herlige rorbu ligger i historiske Kræmmervika på Ballstad. Ballstad er et levende fiskevær i flotte Lofoten. Rorbua er 120 år og totalrenovert og har alle moderne fasiliteter og likevel den historiske sjarmen. Det er nytt bad og nytt stort kjøkken med oppvaskmaskin. Du må kun gå noen få meter langs kaien så finner du en god restaurant som er åpen i sommersesongen . Rett ute av døren finner du vakkert turterreng som venter...

Om du liker fantastiske naturopplevelser, flotte fjell, nærhet til skog og mark er dette stedet for deg. Leiligheten er nylig pusset opp og har egen plass til bilparkering. I Stamsund finner du butikk, bakeri og restaurant. Nærmeste by Leknes ligger 15 min unna med bil/buss.
