A public boat launch is located 500 feet from Ruby's Cottage. A private patio with a gas BBQ is provided. A queen size bed, 2 adult bunk beds, a washer & dryer are provided. The kitchen has a 4 burner stove, microwave, and dish washer. A TV with Dish network and free Wi-Fi is provided.

Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

The house is located close to the Leesville Art Park, 5 minutes from Byrd Regional Hospital, and a short drive to Fort Johnson.

Area outside is spacious and can fit boats to turn around easily without backing up. Has high speed fiber wifi and cable. House is furnished with basic cooking supply, plates, cups. High quality mattress with luxurious pillows. Soft and comfy towels. Great spot to spend some time with your loved one!
