Modern East Hill 1Br suite -minutes to everything!

This modern private suite is centrally located in East Hill in Vernon. With off-street parking in a quiet, mature neighborhood just an 8 min walk to the heart of downtown, this is the perfect option for short or long stays. The suite has everything you might need while away from home: a full kitchen (with everything), pantry, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The suite is fitted best for 1-2 people but there is a pull-out couch in the family room if you happen to have small children or one teenager.

Enjoy the wildlife & beautiful sunsets nestled in the rolling hills of Carrs Landing Road, which connects you to beaches, world class wineries, & Predator Ridge golf course. Although it feels very rural, you're strategically located 5 mins to Lake Country shopping/restaurants, & 30 mins to either Vernon or Kelowna. This freshly refurbished suite is the perfect launching point for your next trip.

Mountain Side Sweet Retreat

Enjoy the stunning view of Lake Kalamalka, the Okanagan Valley, and the beautiful sunsets, from the lower level suite of our newly built home on Middleton Mountain. This bright and spacious get-away has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a full kitchen. A few minutes drive and you can explore some of the hiking/biking trails, local shops, restaurants, culture, and of course the great beaches along Lake Kalamalka. A 30 minute drive to Sovereign Lake and Silver Star Mountain Resort for some winter fun!

Rural Rustic Retreat

Cozy, Private Loft Suite, minutes from charming downtown Vernon. Abundant off-road parking with room for vehicles towing a boat or trailer. Suite comprised of bedroom, sitting room, full bathroom (shower only - no tub) and kitchenette. Kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, countertop oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and utensils. Close to downhill & cross country skiing, sledding/snowmobile trails, snowshoeing, hiking, boating, wine & brewery tours, farmers markets & more!

Ultra clean, cozy suite in a peaceful setting

Serene and peaceful setting. Just 15 minutes to Silver Star Mountain, 15 minutes to the beaches and 5 minutes to town. The suite contains a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and little patio with beautiful trees as your view. BX Falls and other trails within walking distance. Cambium Cider Co with wood-fired pizzas is only a 3 minute drive and open seasonally from March-October. My family and I live upstairs, so you may hear tiny feet at some point during your stay.

Our accommodation is located in Vernon overlooking the city and valley views. Our kitchen offers several extra small appliances: Crock Pot, load it up before you head out and enjoy a piping hot meal or fire up the BBQ on your return from a full day of activities. Relax & unwind with a hot tub or game of billiards in the private lounge areas indoor or outdoor. SilverStar & Sovereign Lake are nearby as well as many lakes and hiking trails. We offer laundry access as well on request.

Lake Okanagan Landing Suite

Modern ground level daylight basement suite with fully stocked large kitchen. A/C for the summer, furnace for the winter with electric fireplace, and additional heaters in each bedroom to make sure you are always comfortable. Well lit space with cellular blinds. USB port on each lamp for convenience. Fast 100 mbps internet and smart tv with cable access or streaming services. Kitchen has full sized appliances, water filter system, and an ice maker in the fridge.

Wild Mountain Chalet at SilverStar Mountain Resort is a deluxe 2 bedroom, 1 bath 1000 sqft suite that sleeps 4-6 guests. With a pristine location at the top of the Alpine Meadows, this home offers spectacular views of the Resort and the Monashee mountains and is a true ski in/out. Only a short 7 minute walk to the village it offers access to ski runs and hiking trails right at the doorstep. The interior is modern and welcoming with lots of attention to detail.

Centrally Located, Private 1 Bedroom Suite

This bright, self-contained, second story guest suite, is centrally located, surrounded by walking trails, a 20 minute drive to Silver Star Ski resort, 15 minute drive to Kalamalka Lake (beach, café, SUP/bike rentals, Rail Trail Walk), and a 5 minute drive to Vernon’s amenities. This upper suite is located on our families tree seedling nursery and is part of our farm building.
