Neu renovierte Duplex/Maisonette Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht und 2 Balkons auf 2 Etagen (beide Südsicht). Die zweistöckige Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stock des Wohnhauses (Lift vorhanden). Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter ruhiger Lage, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss von der Hauptseilbahn Verbier TV entfernt. Das Haus ist direkt von der Skipiste erreichbar. Restaurants, Shopping, Clubs, Bars, Busstation etc. ist alles problemlos zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung besitzt 2 separate Schlafzimmer je mit einem neuem Doppelbett. Im Wohnbereich ist ein weiteres Schlafsofa vorhanden für 1 Erwachsene Person oder 1-2 Kinder. Die ganze Wohnung ist mit neuem wunderschönen Eichenholzparkett asugelegt. Die beiden Badezimmer wurden frisch renoviert. Ein Bad mit Badewanne/WC und ein Bad mit WC. Die Küche ist ebenfalls neu mit: Induktionsherd, Steamer, Geschirrspüler, Kaffemaschine (Nespresso), Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, elektrischem Dampfabzug usw. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet für max. 6 Personen inkl. Caquelon für Fondue und Raclette Gerät. In der Küche befindet sich zudem eine kleine Kombi Wasch- und Trocknermaschine für Kleider. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer neuen Couch und TV ausgestattet zudem sind verschiedene Gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden (Poker, Monopoly, etc.). Im Essbereich lädt ein wunderschöner Eichentisch mit Aussicht auf die Berge zum verweilen ein. Inkl. ein Garagenplatz!
