Cozy old town Artist studio

A cozy artist studio in the centre of the old town for creative stay. It is my studio serving me & other creative souls all year round. It has a toilet and a sink with hot water in communal area, but NO SHOWER or HOT TUB. In insummer the river is a place to bath. In winter or starting September 1 - May 30 you can visit the beautiful Kuldigas pool & sauna center for swims, sauna & hot shower. So generally you gotta be a swim lover. ❤️‍🔥🐋 The studio has a big garden. With table & chairs.

Padure Manor is an authentic 19th-century manor house, built in 1838 by Scottish merchant John L. Balfour, in the Empire style. Rumbas

Waterfall Mansard is located in unique location - on the romantic artificial Martiņš Island, which took its shape thanks to channel dug during Duke Jēkabs times. You will be staying between the two main tourism objects in Kuldiga - the widest waterfall in Europe (249 m) known as “Rumba” and the 3rd longest brick bridge in Europe which was built in 1874. Both attractions and the Old town can be seen outside the window. Walk over the brick bridge and you are in heart of the Old town.

On the ground floor there is the 2 room Art Lounge Apartment where you can also relax on the terrace.On the second floor there is the Large, Small Backyard room and the Rose room.The house can accommodate up to 4 families (max 12 persons, including children).

We are offering our cozy family house for rent. You will have wonderful and relaxing holidays near the sea (500 m from the house). The living space is arranged over two floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen and a studio-type living room with a fireplace, and a full bathroom (shower + wc). On the second floor there are two rooms - one bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with two double beds.
