The house has 2 bedrooms, an open mezzanine (with a double bed), kitchen/dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and 2 bathrooms. The garden is idyllic with grape vines, a quiet dining area with barbecue, and a beautiful olive tree in the middle. (Parkingplace outside) The house is located in the heart of the charming old village in Saint Jeannet, just 30 min from Nice airport.

Newly refurbished charming village house with private courtyard in the heart of Roquebrune old town, decorated by a local architect to upgrade amenities but preserve its historical characteristics. The house is totally independent, with just a 7 min drive from Monaco, 3 min to the beaches and 5 min to Menton and the Italian border. Beware Roquebrune village is a medieval town totally pedestrian, in order to reach the house there are steps on the way so not suitable to limited mobility guests.

La casa, situata a 2 passi dal mare, è comodissima per trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla, rilassante e divertente. Pur essendo attaccata al lungomare è leggermente defilata e per questo silenziosa. Ha muri di pietra che mantengono un clima fresco interno. E' dotata di un ingresso indipendente e un piccolo patio esterno per mangiare fuori. E' comoda perchè ha tutto vicino: spiagge , bar, ristoranti e locali . N.B: ai gruppi di ragazzi chiediamo una cauzione danni di 100 euro a persona .

Il se compose de 2 chambres, d'une SDB, d'un grand salon, d'une cuisine équipée, d'une grande terrasse avec barbecue Weber et parking gratuit. Proche Sophia Antipolis, Cannes (6km) Accès direct à Nice (30km) et Monaco (50km) par A8.

Passeggiate in montagna, ma per chi vuole anche una giornata al mare, e poi il ritorno nella tranquillità e nel fresco della collina (500 metri di altezza). Cucina ligure in ambienti familiari ma di alto livello a pochi minuti di distanza.
