The apartment is located at' Molino Stucky, an historical building beautifully restored in 2005, where also lies the HILTON HOTEL. The apartment is 700sf (65sm) and 'consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, chase lounge, 40"plasma TV with DVD/MP3 player with sound bar, a safe, Internet WiFi and a very well equipped kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms with all the comforts. The housing is overlooking the canal and lying in bed one can see, on Sunday, the big cruise ships, but without suffering any noise. The apt is on the 5th floor, in result of which there is plenty of light. The bed linen and towels are provided. The proximity to the Hilton Hotel gives you different possibilities within: a very good restaurant called AROMI and a great SPA with GYM. Moreover, from the top floor of the Hilton, as well as the stunning views of the canal, one can enjoy a "bellini"cocktail from the renown SKYLINE BAR which is accessible to non-guest of the hotel, and boast various events depending the season. In addition, about 300 m. from the apt. resides the famous HARRY'S BAR. "The discovery of delicious restaurants on "Foundations"(Venetian name that indicates the way), will be very exciting. I can recommend few, less obvious and superior, always in the same island, reachable by foot through street and bridges, within 10min . The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has two bedrooms.The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer, dryer, fridge, Nespresso Machine.The entrance opens up into a big living area with a canal view which can also be seen from all the rooms of the house. The entire apartment has AIR CONDITIONING. Last but not least, the apartment has WIFI and heating.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

Santa Marina Apartment

I tessuti e gli arredi sono preziosissimi, grazie per prenderti cura della mia casa. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto online il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per l'intero soggiorno per tutto il gruppo) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori però l'ultimo piano ha il vantaggio di non avere umidità o muffa. Ho un luogo dove lasciare le valigie.

Dans le Palazzo Muazzo, dans un Palais 17ème, un appartement entièrement refait à neuf, de 120m2 : 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, un bureau, 6 m sous plafond par endroit et des poutres, au 5ème étage, avec ascenseur (rare à Venise!!!). Vue d'un côté sur l'église San Giovanni Di Paolo, de l'autre sur un Rio plein sud. Situé tout près du centre dans un quartier calme authentique qui a gardé le charme vénitien et d'un supermarché avec une vue magnifique sur San Michele et la lagune.

Raggiungibile in pochi minuti dalla stazione e da Piazzale Roma (300 metri) Vi è un approdo per il taxi che rende l'appartamento adatto per chi giunge dall'aeroporto Marco Polo. La casa gode di splendidi affacci aperti sull'acqua e su di uno splendido ponte. Vicinissima a tutti i principali servizi. Gli arredi sono nuovi e di pregio e la casa è stata da poco completamente e finemente ristrutturata.

Casa storica quattrocentesca situata in una caratteristica corte del XV sec. La zona è molto tranquilla e comoda, raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi dal terminal automobilistico Piazzale Roma e a 10 minuti dalla Ferrovia. Restaurato completamente nel 2018 e con arredi di design, dispone di due camere con letti matrimoniali, un bagno con doccia spaziosa, e una cucina accessoriata. Dalle camere si accede alla corte privata, dove potete rilassarvi con un drink a fine giornata.
