L 'appartamento dispone di 2 tv e internet wi-fi, di riscaldamento autonomo e di aria condizionata centralizzata in tutti gli ambienti. L'orario di check-in è piuttosto flessibile; è necessario concordare con anticipo l'orario di arrivo tramite email o Whatsapp. Il Chek-out è previsto entro le ore 10.
