Vanhalla ruukkialueella sijaitseva historiallinen 1800- luvun kivitalo, jossa on oma ainutlaatuinen tunnelmansa. Asunto sijaitsee kivitalon toisessa kerroksessa. Kyseinen tila on ennen toiminut mankelihuoneena, josta kohde on saanut nimensä. Asunnossa on tunnelmaa luomassa viistot katot ja alkuperäistä tiiliseinää. Kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta ja iso oleskelutila keittiöineen tekee tästä sopivan myös isommallekin seurueelle.

Mökki sijaitsee rauhallisella asuinalueella Kaarinan Littoisissa. Turun keskustaan matkaa 8 km. Bussipysäkille n.700 m. Littoistenjärven uimaranta kävelymatkan päässä (2km). Mökissä tilava huone, jossa vuodepaikkoja kahdelle ja jääkaappi, sekä wc ja suihku. Viihtyisällä terassilla voit nauttia auringosta ja linnunlaulusta. Pihalla on parkkipaikka autolle. Keittiö on varustettu perusruokailuvälineillä: kahvinkeitin, mikro, 2 keittolevyä, jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, tavanomaiset ruokailuvälineet, kattilat, lautaset ja paistinpannu.
