We present to you an modern villa built in 2024 with stunning sunset and panoramic ocean views. The villa is located on a private 0.5 hectares of land with its own garden, terraces and outdoor pool (12m) with salt water. The area of the house is 350m2. Seaview terrasses and patio 300 m2. Ceiling height is 4 meters. This house consists of 3 sleeping areas, each with its own dressing room and its own bathroom. The large living rooms have a dining areas with fireplace and a TV areas. 4 bathrooms.

Das großzügige Haus besteht aus Schlafzimmer (obere Etage mit großem Doppelbett), Wohnzimmer (Schlafcouch), Badezimmer, GästeWC und voll ausgestatteter Küche. Der Ort Várzea liegt an der Westküste der Insel. Du hast einen Blick aufs Meer und die immer grüne Landschaft. Sowohl im Wohn- wie auch im Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Arbeitsbereich. Der WLAN Anschluss reicht bis in den Außenbereich. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher. Gegrillt wird im Garten. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich am Haus.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A CAT living in the cottage, she's an INDOOR/OUTDOOR CAT. If you don't like cats or are allergic to them, the cottage is not a suitable option for you.

Das Haus bietet mit etwas mehr als 130qm auf zwei Etagen Platz für bis zu 6 Personen.
