Waterfront House with panoramic seaview

Large seafront property facing south on Värmdö (35 min from Stockholm) with panoramic sea views and a shoreline of about 100 m. There are two houses, a main building (190 sqm) and guest house (40 sqm), both of which are located 30 meters from the water, where the own jetty is located. There you can sit in a hanging chair on one of the terraces and enjoy the incomparably beautiful view. This is an optimum place for families, friends or company meetings in the best area of Stockholm archipelago.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Njut av havet precis framför huset och slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En stor brygga med matbord, loungemöbler, grill, eldplats och en liten gräsmatta omger er. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

Welcome to our house with large terrace in south and sea view. The house of about 65 sqm is located on Tynningö, an island near Stockholm. The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Big Garden.

-Skärgårdsvilla i fantastisk miljö från 1922 som ligger precis vid vattnet. -Jacuzzi för bad i solnedgången, -Sol från morgon till kväll och 300 kvm soldäck. -Vacker sjöstuga med stor dubbelsäng. -En härlig lounge miljö under tak med både utekök och grill. -Bryggan vid sjön är perfekt att starta dagen på med ett dopp i sjön och morgonkaffet -2 kajaker, roddbåt och SUP bräda finns om man vill ut på vattnet. -Snabbt wifi och 65" LED TV med stort TV-paket. 400 år gammal ek i trädgården

Sjöstuga 10 meter från havet vid Stockholms inlopp

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. Det finns möjlighet att hyra havskajaker (2 st).

Own house with oceanview near city!

Charming house (separate house with own entrance) with ocean view in the beatiful area, Saltsjö-Duvnäs, only 20 minutes from the Stockholm City centre with the local bus. The guesthouse has a romantic setting and decorated in country style. One bedroom with double bed and kitchen with an extra bed. Dinnertable with room for 4 persons. Downstairs is a bathroom. Suitable for a small family with 1-2 kids. We have 2 kayaks to lend for free and it is possible to rent a small motor boat.

Swim in our locals-only lake (3 minute stroll away - borrow our stand up paddle boards and kayaks), chop wood for your fire, spot eagles and deer in the neighbouring forest, explore the archipelago or explore Stockholm (c.30 mins by car, 50 by public transport).
