The master bath has tiled floors, white marble sink top, and walk-in tiled shower to match.

H&J Ranch Guest Quarters

After a long day of shopping come and relax in this recently renovated space, 3 miles from Trade Days. It is a private unit and does not share anything with the main house. The entrance opens to a large, air-conditioned hotel style room. The room has a full-size bed and can accommodate 2 extra guests with 2 roll away twin beds. Complimentary coffee, microwave, refrigerator, Wi-Fi and Smart TV. There is an outside sitting area to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine, at the end of the day.

Our rustic, upscale, WATERFRONT cabin boasts gorgeous views! The three peaceful acres are tucked in an expansive cove of Lake Fork. Enjoy open concept LR/DR/kitchen. Private boat ramp. Boat lift & fish-cleaning station on a gorgeous, covered, open-air dock. Cabin features a fire pit, propane grill, upper/lower back porches, outdoor fireplace, lighted sidewalk to boathouse, granite c-tops, SS appliances, beverage bar w/add’l fridge, and carport. Dogs allowed w/host approval & add'l payment.

Rosie's Ranch Retreat

Rest and relax with Rosie (mini horse) and her mini friends (including 2 miniature Highland cows) in our cozy cabin on our 20-acre horse ranch. Wi-Fi, 2 smart TV's, washer/dryer, queen bed, twin bed and XL bean bag that folds out into a king floor bed are all provided. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, stove, oven and microwave. Use the gas grill on the covered front porch that looks out onto Rosie's pasture. Bring your fishing poles to catch some fish in the pond.

The Barn at Neches

The Barn at Neches A cozy 4-bedroom, 1.5-bath barn-style retreat. The kitchen and all bedrooms are located UPSTAIRS, offering a comfortable setup with 2 queen beds and 2 sets of bunk beds. Guests also have access to a primitive pistol pit gun range. Please note this area is still under development and is available for use at your own risk, as it is not staffed. Relax and unwind in the newly added outdoor hot tub, conveniently located on the deck! Firewood is provided

Room for the whole group at the Watercrest lake house with 4-bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with room for up to 12 guests to sleep. Situated on the bank of Lake Canton with a private fishing dock, large covered porch near the waters edge. Huge king master bedroom, washer and dryer and spacious loaded kitchen. The city park across the lake (short walk) has pickle ball & tennis courts. Well behaved pets are welcome at $25/each per night. No parties or events allowed.
