Situé au centre de Vallouise, à proximité des commerces, restaurants et magasins de location de matériel de sport, ce studio de montagne de 33m2 est idéal pour 2 personnes (possibilité de venir à 3, il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon). Le studio est situé à proximité des pistes de ski de Puy-saint-Vincent (navette devant l'appartement) et de Pelvoux, et au départ des pistes de ski de fond et des chemins de randonnée. Possibilité de se garer devant l'appartement (places stationnement communal).

L'appartement est en rez de jardin exposé plein sud, à côté de la Cité Vauban à 5 minutes à pied des commerces. L'appartement ensoleillé est très calme avec un grand jardin et une magnifique terrasse en bois. Il est fonctionnel et plein de charme. Cet appartement est idéal pour un couple. Nous sommes desservis par les transports en commun (arrêt navette TGV et bus urbain à 3 minutes. Notre jardin verdoyant est reposant. Nous offrons une place de parking exclusivement réservée à l'appartement.
