Die Finca Son Salvanet mit ihren 5 Ferienhäusern (traditionelle Steinhäuser, innen komfortabel restauriert) liegt zu Füßen des Bergdorfes Valldemossa, das zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen ist. Haus Ibiskus ist ein zauberhaftes Haus mit einem großen Schlaf/Wohnraum, abgetrennter Küche und Duschbad. Eine große Terrasse davor bietet Sitzplätze und Liegestühle. Der Blick geht auf das ca 30.000 qm große Grundstück mit vielen verschiedenen Bäumen und Blumen der Finca und auf die gegenüber liegenden Berge.

Unser Haus liegt in der Nähe von Cafés, Geschäften, Restaurants, Apotheken, Supermärkten. Es liegt im Herzen von Valldemossa,  in einer ruhigen Strasse. Einfacher Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und der Parkplatz ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Valldemossa ist das perfekte Dorf zum Entspannen, in der Nähe von Palma und anderen Orten auf der Insel (20 Minuten-Palma/30 Minuten- Flughafen).Unser Haus  ist ideal für Paare, Alleinreisende, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (sowie mit Kindern).

Antiguamente formaba parte de las dependencias de la Cartuja, donde estuvo hospedado Frédéric Chopin. De día el pueblo es muy animado y al caer la tarde se convierte en un lugar muy tranquilo. En verano hay ambiente nocturno y familiar en las terrazas. Amplia oferta de restaurantes, comestibles y farmacia. Puerto de pescadores a 6 Km con unas puestas de sol maravillosas.

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

The house is an exclusive place situated less than 1 mile away from Deià, 500yd from Llucalcari and 4 miles from Soller. It is situated in a privilege place called Serra de Tramuntana. The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed
