In addition, the swimming pool (not heated), sunbeds, outside table and chairs, roof terrace and BBQ provide all the facilities for a relaxing break. Precioso estudio en un oasis de tranquilidad pero muy próximo al centro de la ciudad, a siete minutos en coche. Aquí podrás estudiar, trabajar o desconectar, según desees. Es un estudio independiente, totalmente equipado situado en la primera planta de una casa unifamiliar. No tiene ascensor. La cama es de 150x200cm. Dispone de un sofá con chaisselongue y smart tv. Tiene una pequeña cocina con todo lo necesario para el día a día, un amplio cuarto de baño y un vestidor.

It is situated within the Altaona Golf & Country Club and has 24 hour security. For Golfers, the course is a gem. For non- golfers, there are plenty of things to do & places to visit.
