The apartment is facing West / East, it is on the first floor of a building in the historic center of Valencia, with all the services at few minutes walk. It has A / C cold and heat, WIFI and TV Satellite (Hotbird). Turia River Park is at 50 meters and the Town Hall Square at 10 minutes walk. We are waiting for you! Está a 3.3 km de la playa ( 5 min en coche). El jardín está totalmente integrado a la casa por sus ventanales de 3.5 metros, lo que visualmente genera un espacio amplio en el que se entremezcla casa y jardín.
