La Distancia is een zeer rustig gelegen Finca voor max. 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Het huis heeft een afgesloten tuin, buiten bbq, parkeerplaatsen en privé zwembad. Ligging van het huis is in sinaasappel- en mandarijnengaarden nabij Vilamarxant. Dit is zo'n 25 km van het vliegveld en centrum van Valencia. De laatste 2 jaar is veel vernieuwd; kozijnen, keuken, badkamer, 2xairco en kachel. Het huis heeft 2 badkamers, 3 slaapkamers met een dubbel bed en een kamer met een stapelbed voor kinderen.

Das Haus kann von vier bis neun Nächten vermietet werden. Es wird eine Endreinigungsgebühr von 95 Euro erhoben.

La casa rural Abuelo Daniel se encuentra en la localidad de Alcalá del Júcar (Albacete), uno de los pueblos más bonitos de España. Está ubicada en la parte baja del pueblo junto a la playeta natural del río Júcar, con vistas a la montaña. Recién reformada en enero de 2021 , se han conservado parte de la arquitectura original como el techo de cañizo y vigas de madera o parte de la montaña dentro de una de las habitaciones.
