Hillside Apartment with Lake View Terrace

Breathe the fresh mountain air from this secluded escape. The flat boasts beamed wood ceilings, an all-white interior with touches of color, unique artwork throughout, and an outdoor lounge space with panoramic views. The apartment is in the old village of Castello surrounded by the olives trees, it is really charming. The old village of Castello is totally pedestrian that's why the parking place is not under the apartment, but it is 350 meter from the apartment. The house is totally renovated in 2017, it has all the comfort: Tv Sat, air co, wifi, a comfortable kitchen and a wide terrace that you are gonna love. Most of the forniture are made in italy and they makes the apartment very cozy. The house has a bedroom with a king size bed with a window with a beautifull view over the lake. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed suitable for two people! And of course you will have access to the terrace that has a beautiful view on the lake At your disposal there is also an equipped kitchen with a direct access to the terrace :) The bathroom is big and the shower spacious As the house is in a pedestrian area the parking place is not under the house, it is more or less 150m from the house The house where is located this apartment is were our father grew up, and we are really attached to this house! As it was many years that it was uninhabited it was falling down so we decided to renovate all the house and get 4 gorgeous apartments and we are really proud to give a second chance to this house :) All the apartments are rented for tourism and we are really happy to share the place we love with you, just take care of it :) The entrance to the house is shared with other two apartments but of course you have a private entrance to your house We think we told you everything about the house, if you have any question we will be more than happy to give you all the information In spring and summer we are not able to be in Brenzone for the check-in because we work in the farmhouse of our family ( we are brother and sister ) where we produce our wine. we cannot be there for the check-in but if you want and you have time you can come to visit us in our vineyard. we will be really happy to meet you and to drink a glass of wine together :) For the checkin you'll meet there Betti a friend of us, she lives in the same house where is located the apartment, so for any reason she is always there at your disposal. Normally the checkin is between 15 and 19 but in case you have problem with the plane or just your plan, let us know so we can find a solution :) Unfortunately as we already sad, we can not be there for the check-in, and we are really sorry for that. But to let you know a bit of your host we prepared for you a little guide where you can find some information about us and some advice (restaurants activities ) that we want to recommend you. if you want we can send you this guide per mail so you can organize better your journey :) The apartment is located in the village of Castello di Brenzone, a typical little Italian village on the north side of the lake. The center of Castello and the shore are a short walk away. Try windsurfing, sailing, or mountain biking nearby. The closest bus stop is in the village of Porto ( 5 minute walk ) e from there through the street on the lake shore you can reach all the village on the lake. During summer with the bus you can reach also Verona. the bus line you can use are this: 164 - Verona - Peschiera - Garda 165 - Verona, Garda 483 - until 16 ottobre 2016 - Malcesine - Garda - Peschiera - S.Benedetto 484 - Riva - Malcesine - Garda you can check the time table on the tav site. Just to let you know during high season on the lake there's a lot of traffic so there could be a lot of delay. That's way we always suggest to travel with car if possible. The closer train station is Peschiera. As the house is located is a pedestrian area the Parking place is not under the house but is located more or less 150meter from house The house is located on the first floor of the house so there are some stairs The apartment is located in the village of Castello di Brenzone, a typical little Italian village on the north side of the lake. The center of Castello and the shore are a short walk away. You will fall in love with the old road surrounded by the olives trees. Just to let you know the road that bring you to the lake is very short but it is a bit steep. Try windsurfing, sailing, or mountain biking nearby.

Nuovo appartamento mansardato, al secondo piano, completo di tutti i comfort, dotato di balcone con incredibile vista sul lago, parcheggio privato, a pochi passi dal lago. Ottimo sia per rilassarsi sia come punto di partenza per escursioni a piedi o in bicicletta, sia per uscite in barca a vela, kite e surf. Sono ammessi animali di taglia medio-piccola, rispettosi dell'ambiente in cui si trovano. Eventuali danni saranno addebitati. Vi attendono meravigliosi tramonti!! Tassa di soggiorno esclusa.

Appartamento appena ristrutturato in una zona tranquilla ed immersa nel verde. Bilocale composto da soggiorno con divano letto per 2 persone, bagno con doccia, ripostiglio e camera da letto per 2 persone. Un posto auto gratuito, Wi-Fi, TV-SAT, asciugamani e biancheria per il letto inclusi. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario: pentole, stoviglie, forno elettrico, tostapane, macchina per il caffè e bollitore. L'appartamento si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal lago e dal centro di Malcesine.

Immerso nel verde sopra la bellissima Val di Sogno, in 10 minuti a piedi potete raggiungere la spiaggia, con 8 minuti il supermercato più vicino, bar gelateria e in meno di 5 minuti in macchina per raggiungere il centro storico di Malcesine. Parcheggio compreso e possibilità di deposito biciclette.

Residence in the historic center of Malcesine with roof garden overlooking Lake Garda. Restored and furnished with fine decorations keeping the medieval atmosphere, it is at your disposal for an unforgettable stay. Also described by Goethe: "all alone in the infinite solitude of that corner of the world". The house is located in the historical center a few meters from the castle of Malcesine. All the old town is only pedestrian and can only be reached on foot.

Balìn - Baldovilla: dependance, panoramic garden

The studio Balìn, along with 4 other apartments that bear the names of the winds of the lake (Ora, Montese, Pelèr and Vinessa) is part of a 60s villa, called Baldovilla, just a few minutes from the center of Malcesine. Born as an outbuilding, the Balìn has recently been renovated to be used as an independent studio: it has an independent entrance, a small but functional kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. It overlooks a large garden overlooking the lake.
