Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

The house sits in a protected oasis surrounded by a beautiful private park with olive trees, a pond, pine trees and woods, where you can walk, relax and enjoy the pleasures of unspoilt nature. Der Raum wird durch eine große Außenterrasse mit Sesseln und einem Tisch zum Entspannen während des Aufenthalts verschönert, jenseits des Babecue-Bereichs.

Il Piccolo Nido d'Amore si trova a Vada in posizione tranquilla e riservata. Dista poche centinaia di metri dalle spiagge attrezzate e dal centro. E' possibile parcheggiare tranquillamente la vostra auto in strada. I principali servizi (piccolo market, bar, bazar e banca) sono proprio davanti a casa. Le famose spiagge bianche di Vada sono raggiungibili con l'auto in appena 5 minuti. L'alloggio adatto ad una coppia è perfetto per una vacanza rilassante e tranquilla.

Das Casa del Capitano liegt auf dem Gipfel des Monte Grosso im Nationalpark des toskanischen Archipels. Die Lage ist einmalig auf der Insel, auf 350m über dem Meer und von hier aus hat man einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Stadt Portoferraio, Piombino, Cavo, Korsika, Capraia und Gorgona. Das Haus wurde in einem mehrjährigen Projekt restauriert und auf Autarkie und Ökologie ausgerichtet. Hier wird nur die Energie der Sonne genutzt, ohne auf Luxus verzichten zu müssen.
