Der Ort befindet sich in einem Familiengelände, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Hauptstraße der Stadt entfernt; in der Nähe von Supermarkt/Supermarkt, bekannten Fast-Food-Ketten, Apotheken, Banken und St. Anthony of Padua Cathedral. Der gut belüftete Raum befindet sich im 1. Stock eines 2-stöckigen Hauses. Das Badezimmer besteht aus einer funktionierenden Toilettenschüssel mit Bidet-Spray und einem Wasserhahn mit fließendem Wasser. Keine Dusche oder Heizung. Das Zimmer ist ruhig, einfach, aber funktional für eine Provinzinsel.
