Our beachfront house has the best location for those who loves sea and admires nature. Kaprovani is a quiet resort surrounded by pine trees. House is spacious, accommodates 9 people, it has 4 bedrooms with separate bathrooms, 3 balconies and is equipped with everything necessary for a family or group of friends. We offer our guests to stay in our house and enjoy a cozy home, a tranquil atmosphere, the beautiful Black Sea and black magnetic sand beach, for which the coastline of Guria is famous.

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions. 
Two-storey apartment with an area of ​​100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately. 
The renovation was completed in June 2024.
