Das moderne 2-Schlafzimmer-Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage, die um einen wunderschönen Garten mit großem Gemeinschaftspool (geöffnet von April bis Oktober) und direktem Zugang zum Meer gebaut ist. Das Tor im Garten führt Sie direkt zum Küstenpfad, dem Fuß- und Radweg, der die gesamte Costa del Sol verbindet. Ein etwa 1 km langer Spaziergang entlang des Wassers bringt Sie in die wunderschöne Altstadt von Estepona mit ihren Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Haus verfügt über einen privaten Außenbereich mit Terrasse und elektrischem Grill - der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und Essen im Freien. Das Haus ermöglicht ein komfortables Wohnen für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (auf Klappbetten). Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten gehören ausgezeichnetes WLAN, Klimaanlage (warm und kalt) in allen Zimmern, Sonnenliegen, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, und Strandtücher, eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer.
