Das Wohnzimmer sowie die Küche und ein Bad befinden sich im Erdgeschoß. Die Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer liegen im Obergeschoss. Das Dachgeschoss gibt Zugang zur Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Berge. Der Keller beinhaltet einen großzügigen Spiel- und Fitnessraum! Das Niedrigenergiehaus ist immer kühl und benötigt keine Klimaanlage.
