Bright, spacious room in North Upland home with private entrance and private bathroom. The room has a comfortable queen bed. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and large bathtub. The closet has a kitchenette. There is a table for dining or working. There is no access to the main house. Shared dining and lounging spaces in the yard. Space is a few miles from Sweet Pea Ranch, and six miles from Claremont Colleges and eight miles from Mount Baldy Lodge. This is a non smoking / no drugs property!

This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner.
