The entrance has a small 7inch step - once inside bedrooms bathroom kitchen dining and lounge areas are on one level. Access to the patio via patio doors - 3 small steps, each 5inches in height and another smaller step leads to the main garden. Situated within easy access to the M5 motorway and close to local bus routes ideal for exploring pretty Cotswold villages.

Snug space ideal for relaxing getaways. Set in area of outstanding natural beauty. Perfect base for couples to explore the Cotswolds with direct access to Cotswold Way. It's a quirky small space. This wonderfully spacious apartment is situated in the heart of fashionable Montpellier where you will find an incredible array of Independent shops and prestigious eateries such as The Ivy ,Giggling Squid , The Daffodil and the renowned Michelin starred Le Champignons Savage,a new find is Kibousushi located about 200 metres from the apartment ,a new find for us and an amazing Japanese restaurant ,but you have to book in advance . The home of horse racing is just a 20 minute walk .

Come and enjoy a stay in a quiet cul de sac 5/10 min walk from Cheltenham train station, 5 min drive from M5/GCHQ- within walking distance of Cheltenham Town center and Montpellier. Newly built self contained annexe with private entrance within our family home. Modern kitchen and ensuite with multiple bed configurations to suit up to 2 guests. Our first floor flat offers twin bedded room with shower room, kitchen, Internet, TV and underfloor heating. Sunny aspect with windows on both sides. View over garden and countryside. The house is set back about 100 yards from the road and is therefore quiet. It has plenty of off road parking and a bus stop outside. Within 400 yards we have a pub, Chinese and Indian restaurants, cafe and newsagents. Nearest supermarket is one mile away.
