You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi. Space created in the downstairs area of our house. The area is completely self-contained - no sharing with anyone else! Lounge/bedroom with separate kitchenette and bathroom. Sunny and warm, with a heat pump for cooler days. Easy walking distance to the main street (George St), Supermarket and the Gardens. Very close to the University, Polytechnic and Stadium. The space is set up comfortably for 2 guests, however a third guest can be accommodated, by using the sofa bed.
