Cedar House - Studio Guest House

Welcome to The Cedar House, a studio guest house detached from our main house. You will have separate entrance, private bathroom. Wood floors and ceilings and the woods you see through the windows give it the feeling of a cabin. The queen bed is in the loft and you must be able to use the stairs to get to it! There is a queen sleeper sofa on the main level for more sleeping. Upon request, 4 additional single air mattresses and bedding are available. Space is available for a baby pack-n-play.

All of this and still less than 11 miles to Redmond (think Microsoft), 26 miles to Seattle downtown. Winter skiing and summer alpine hiking are only 20 to 50 miles away.

The Karate Garage is a peaceful retreat, 6 miles from the heart of Redmond. The studio is in a detached garage that overlooks beautiful sunrises, the barn, pastures & the occasional deer stopping by to say "Hi". To ensure a warm & inviting stay, we've stocked up with good coffee, flannel sheets & lots of pillows & blankets. This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.
