Created with love and attention to detail, we wish that you will experience a unique stay in a wonderful little crofting township. Dogs on leads are very welcome.

A modern self contained flat in the centre of the village of Ullapool. Newly built in 2020 it is over a double garage at the rear of the owner's house. Own private stairs and entrance and folding door open from the open plan sitting room and kitchen to a glass fronted balcony. One double bedroom with en suite shower room. All electric. Colour TV, Wifi and shared private parking area. Very central for all the amenities of this pretty fishing village which are within within a few minutes walk.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic retreat in which Tree Hoose is uniquely elevated on our hillside croft over looking Loch Broom with sweeping spectacular Scottish Highland views. This beautiful space, just 15 mins drive from bustling Ullapool, has the blissful feeling of being worlds away from everything. Tree Hoose boasts relaxed open plan accommodation, comprising 1nr kingsize + 1nr single bed, warmed by underfloor heating and a central woodburner for an irresistibly soft evening.

Charming Eco friendly Highland Bothy - sleeps two.

Stay in this charming unique highland bothy nestled amidst idyllic woodland overlooking Loch Broom and the mountains beyond. Inside the bothy there is an easy to light wood burning stove , a kitchen area with hot and cold water and gas burner for cooking and traditional style highland box beds with interior lighting. There is a long deep window seat where you can sit to watch birds feeding outside or to enjoy the lovely view. Tor Bothy is low impact sitting in 7 acres of re- wilded land.

Suilven View is a newly built pod, established in 2018. The pod is nestled on a hillside, located in Baddidarrach. Suilven view pod is up a hill slightly, overlooking Lochinver. There is an ensuite bathroom, open space living room/kitchen area, balcony and excellent views of Suilven, one of our stunning and uniquely shaped Mountain's. The property is unique, charming, comfortable, and well maintained. The pod is 21sqm's or 7 metres by 3.5 metres in size. Ceiling height is 8-9 feet.

Relaxing Self Catering Room on Spectacular NC500

The Byre is located in the farmhouse steading of Kirkton of Assynt, Inchnadamph, on the North Coast 500. Inchnadamph is renowned for its beauty, geology, wildlife, fishing, historical sites, walking and caving but is equally suited to those looking for a family holiday or quick break. Enjoy the peace and quiet with views of Conival, Quinag and Canisp at the head of Loch Assynt where the deer regularly graze a few feet away. Lochinver is 13 miles away and the nearest sandy beach 15 miles.

Relaxing Farm Steading With Wood Burning Stove

'The Steading’ is a barn cabin on a working farm with wood burning stove set near the North Coast 500 route. Enjoy the peace of the Highlands while painting, writing, yoga, walking and cycling or simply relaxing in front of the fire with a cup of tea. NO SHOWER / NO HOT running water. Sanitizer and hand soap provided. Take your own bedding or very basic bedding provided. No phone signal/WiFi. Sleeps 2 only from the same household, or families allowed please message before booking.

The Bens Apartment is perfectly situated for travellers on the NC 500 or those who just want to explore what the North West Highlands has to offer. Per Mare Per Terram is a cosy cabin that boasts breath taking views of Loch Broom and the surrounding Munros. Standing alone at the top of Braes in Ullapool it has a wonderful cosy feeling when wrapped up inside, offering out of the way tranquillity whilst still being able to enjoy the amazing scenery no matter what the weather conditions. The cabin is equipped with a fridge, microwave,kettle, toaster and excellent wi-fi. It also has a shower room and modern composting toilet.

Full of mod cons and comfy furnishings, with the added luxury of underfloor heating. We are located in the crofting community of Mellon Charles, just 4 miles from the epic NC500 route. With beaches and coastal walks nearby, enjoy the tranquility of 'Mountain Ash View' as a base to explore our bonnie area.
