Das „Appartement Goga“ in der Altstadt von Ulcinj - hoch über dem Stadtstrand - wurde nach dem Erdbeben 1979 neu aufgebaut und 2020 komplett saniert. Das Interieur stellt eine Mischung aus traditionellem mediterranem Stil in Kombination mit modernem Landhausstil dar. Unsere Wohnung ist seit Generationen im Familienbesitz und auch jetzt noch unser Domizil für die schönsten Wochen im Jahr. Sie ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Altstadt mit ihrer fast 2.500 Jahre alten Geschichte zu erkunden.

We purchased this home in 2024 after waiting 20 years for it to go on sale. This is our Montenegro gateaway, and we have decided to share it with friendly travellers while we are away. Every little detail has been done with love and care as we have made it to suit our family needs. The balcony has been fully renovated in 2025, 2 out of 3 A/C units are brand new, as well as all bed mattrasses. You'll have an Espresso machine, Ice Cream maker, Workstation and all you need to have a great stay!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. House is located about 2km from Valdanos beach and about 700m from center of the Ulcinj. Valdanos and olive trees are place of positive clean energy, an unbeatable source of activities, a divine area where we can breath in clean fresh air, listen to the wind, admire natural beauties, go for a walk, swim, ride a bicycle or sail around the Old town and nearby bays in a little boat and learn how beautiful it is to be nature’s friend.

SANA Olive Cabin

Peaceful environment surrounded with a lot of 60 year old olive trees in the middle of the city close to all services you need. This is a new cabin finished in March 2022. It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. All at your fingertips: Long beach 1.5 km, the best spot for birdwatching in the Salina which is located near is 5.5 km away, market 5 min walking, restaurants 5-10 min walking. Your perfect getaway vacation just waiting for you in our cabin, nothing like immersing yourself in nature.

Deluxe Villa with Pool and Jacuzzi

This unique place has a style of its own , the second floor of a newly built and fully furnished home with seperate entrance. Everything a person needs to have a relaxing holiday. The villa apartment is luxurious and cozy with two bedrooms, bathroom with bidet, kitchen and living room. You are offered a large terrace with private jacuzzi overlooking a newly constructed shared pool. Villa apartment guests are provided with towels, robes, slippers & shampoos. We also offer pool towels.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Romantic accommodation with beautiful view to the sea and old town from every side. Wake up with the sunrays on your face. Enjoy the sunset with a glass of domestic wine. The hosts will introduce you with the historical and cultural facts about Ulcinj, the environment and Montenegro in general. It is possible to make excursions or go fishing on the river Bojana. Nearest beach is just 200 m away, famous Ladies' beach 400 m. Take a walk in the pine forest and further to the cliffs.

Apartment Tatjana is seafront accommodation with a private infinity pool situated in precious natural environment. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

Apartman “Tramontana 3”

In the most beautiful part of Ulcinj, there are 3 Tramontana" apartments, which exude a Mediterranean spirit. They are 300m from the Little Beach, the Promenade that takes you to Cervantes Old Town in 10’. The Ladies Beach is a kilometer away. From the street to the apartment there is a 30 steps. The suggestion is to not enter this busy street in the summer, but to choose the parking lot (near the former Hotel Jadran) from where you can walk to the accommodation in 5’
