Hein chose the pristine site for its breathtaking view of Lake St Lucia and tranquil forest surrounds. Lovingly restored this forest retreat now has 3 en suite bedrooms, swimming pool and entertainment areas with BBQ facilities. A 10 hectare nature reserve surrounds the villa. The sundowner deck has the best views of Lake St Lucia, perfect for sundowners and sunrises.

Weltevreden cottage is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped self-catering 5 sleeper unit with an air-conditioned open plan lounge and kitchen. The cottage has an outdoor veranda area where guests can enjoy their morning coffee and summer evening braai’s. The cottage is located on a small privately owned and managed game farm that borders the agricultural and tourism hub of Hluhluwe. The cottage is a short walking distance from the Ngweni Railway brewery and restaurant.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Quoted rate is for up to 2 people, the unit can sleep 4. Any more than 2 people, then the extra fee of R250pppn applies.
