Il mio alloggio è vicino al mare , vicino ad arte, cultura e stupende spiagge, vi piacerà per l'intimità e la posizione ed è adatto a coppie perché e dotato di tre condizionatori , creando così una privaci totale. Nella casa troverete due kayak, 4 posti al mare con letti da spiaggia, una cassapanca con maschere, pinne e giochi , ombrelloni ,teli da mare e frigo box portatile per le vostre giornate in spiaggia. C'è anche la possibilità di organizzare delle gite giornaliere con una barca a vela.

Villetta con accesso privato al mare

Villetta a 400 metri dalla tonnara di Scopello e a meno di 2 km dalla riserva naturale dello Zingaro;il borgo di Scopello è raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. Inoltre la casa dispone di un accesso privato, situato di fronte l’abitazione, ad una splendida spiaggia .Quest’ultima è raggiungibile in auto in pochi secondi o a piedi. La casa comprende due piani, una cucina esterna e una interna, due bagni, una doccia all’aperto, un salotto, 4 camere da letto, una terrazza con vista e un ampio giardino.

Luminoso appartamento al primo primo piano della villa familiare situata nella pineta davanti a una piccola baia alla quale si accede direttamente dal giardino. Una location unica in un angolo di paradiso ,siamo nello splendido golfo di Orosei Avviso da Aprile 2023 il comune di Orosei ha istituito la tassa di soggiorno di €1 al giorno a persona con età superiore ai 12 anni. A 33m² independent suite with sea views in a contemporary house overlooking the Bay of Garoupe, comprising a very large bedroom with a king-size bed, a shower room, and a private terrace with sofas. There is no kitchen, but a barbecue and everything you need to eat while enjoying the sea view. You can have breakfast while admiring the yachts moored at the foot of the house. Large private swimming pool. The sea is right in front of the house. We lend bicycles and paddleboards.
