Close to Uptown, easy access to downtown, parks, lakes, restaurants, shops, & bars. This is a private guest suite with a separate entrance and a small kitchenette in an ideal Minneapolis neighborhood. We live upstairs with our two little kids, so there will be times where you'll hear activity, but it's not constant. We're mindful of our volume, and are confident you'll enjoy your stay! Bikes are included upon request! We also have electric bikes available at $40/day. ~30 mile charge, 20 MPH.

"The Minnehaha" - Cozy Suite On The Light Rail!

"The Minnehaha" is the site of a future boutique hostel, currently guests have the opportunity to rent the lower level to themselves! Commercially zoned along the historic Minnehaha Mile - 2 blocks from the Light Rail and minutes from both the Airport and Downtown. Safe parking, free laundry and large private outdoor area for guests. Plenty of coffee spots, grocery stores, bars and restaurants within walking distance or Metro Transit. Very bike friendly. Safe neighborhood, perfect location!

Your Own Private Spacious Nest

This is an air-conditioned third floor 625 sq.ft. addition to a 1925 duplex. It was built in 2000, has windows on all sides, and no walls except the bathroom. The property is totally fenced, and includes lovely gardens and a front patio, and is located in a quiet neighborhood very near Macalester College in St. Paul. I think it has everything guests would want except a full kitchen. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants and grocery stores, nearby, especially on Grand Avenue.

Entire lower level of home is yours with a private entrance. Welcome to Loons Nest! Located minutes from Stillwater… the 1848 Birthplace of Minnesota located on the scenic St. Croix River! A place where authentic paddle wheel riverboats and gondolas glide the waters. Historic Main Street shopping, dining, lodging and entertainment are yours inside this charming town. Beautiful Stillwater is a short drive from the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul and Wisconsin border.

Nestled in the heart of the Lake Nokomis Neighborhood, this nice private studio is a great place to rest your head and go explore the city. Walking distance to the Nokomis Beach Coffee Shop and the lake. Centrally located between downtown Mpls and downtown St Paul. 15 minute driving time to get anywhere in the cities. Not to mention, 8 minutes from the Airport! The South Mpls neighborhood is quite residential, but home to some of the best shops and restaurants in the city.

Suite is walking distance from Macalester College, and minutes from local universities, Xcel Center, Allianz Field, and downtown St. Paul. Off street parking.

A half block walk from multicultural Lake Street with restaurants for any taste bud, coffee shops a-plenty and stores for necessities or fun.

Newly remodeled in 2024 private living space including 1 bedroom, living room, full bathroom and a small kitchenette (all private, not shared), with basics for a traveler: minifridge, microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker (K-cup), toaster, blender, dishes, pots and pans, utensils and a sink. To reach the suite, guests enter through common entrance and the suite is on main level. (only need to climb 5 stairs to the house entrance)
