Modern farmhouse tiny home on the Delaware River with stunning views spanning 1 mile in either direction of the mighty Delaware and bald eagles. This 4 season tiny home features AC and heat with a dinette in the kitchen for 4 that can be turned into a bed for two children or one adult. Refrigerator, oven, and microwave round out this kitchen. The bathroom includes a flush toilet, sink, and shower. The bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress and big windows to hear the rushing water.

Our quaint hamlet of Barryville, NY offers antique shops, Farmers' market, local restaurants, and is close to other river towns, and Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center, the original Woodstock site. In the evenings enjoy river sunsets or enjoy our Finnish sauna followed by a refreshing dip in the river. In fall and winter enjoy the many local hiking trails or ski-hills.
