La Casetta di Giuly si trova nella frazione di Fossola, all'interno del Parco Nazionale delle 5 Terre, dichiarate patrimonio dell'umanità dall'UNESCO, a 10 minuti di auto da Riomaggiore, nella zona chiamata TRAMONTI (dal latino TRANS MONTES, oltre i monti), vero paradiso per gli amanti del trekking. Fossola di Tramonti dista rispettivamente 8 kilometri da La Spezia e 5 kilometri da Riomaggiore. Un borgo di poche case a picco sul mare, che godono del tramonto davanti e un panorama unico al mondo.

Beautiful rustic fully modernised 1 bedroom house with the most incredible views and huge terrace with hot tub, outdoor shower and grill. Perfect, private, idyllic and romantic. Fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and central heating. House consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a sofa bed on upper floor with a spiral staircase taking you to a hallway, double bedroom and shower room. Terraces on both levels. Huge garden with fruit trees and an amazing private terrace.

PODERE TORRE LA CONCIMAIA

Situata nel cuore del Chianti Classico, sulle colline che circondano Greve. Arredata in un accogliente stile country, la sistemazione è dotata di tutto il necessario, biancheria, zanzariere alla finestre, wifi e aria condizionata. L'agriturismo, recentemente ristrutturato ed un tempo utilizzato per conservare il fieno, costituisce oggi il luogo ideale per un soggiorno di coppia, ma anche per famiglie o amici. Gli oliveti ed i vigneti dell'azienda di famiglia circondano completamente il podere.

Casa con vista all'Abetone

La casa è situata in centro all'Abetone ma è immersa nel verde con una splendida vista sulla vallata. Luminosa e soleggiata, ha tre camere da letto, una matrimoniale e due con due letti a castello (uno dei due può diventare matrimoniale; biancheria non compresa). Un bagno, soggiorno con angolo cottura e cantina riscaldata per gli sci. Area verde di proprietà. Ottima in estate per chi ama tranquillità e natura, ideale nel periodo invernale per chi ama sciare (impianti di risalita a 50m).

Our family home opened to the world 16 years ago. Not for tourism, not for investment, but for a lifestyle choice: born from the love of a mother who chose to be there to support her children in competitive sports and transformed a home into an opportunity. Children grow up and life changes, but LunaCottage is still here! Come in if you like, and feel like a guest. The Sailing Boat has returned to being ours alone, with respect for each other. My hearing doesn't allow me to be at 100%.

Two bedroom wooden chalet with wood-burning stove and barbecue, in very peaceful, tree-lined meadow shared with the owner's house. A paradise for walking, cycling, relaxing, writing, sketching, meditating, yoga with oak & chestnut forests, pastures with wild herbs and flowers, overgrown vineyard & olive groves and a small lake. The chalet is not luxurious but contains all you need for a get-away-from-it-all stay immersed in nature. Access is by bumpy but driveable 1km track.

Ein freistehendes Steinhaus auf dem Anwesen "Capraleccia", zur alleinigen Nutzung. Es ist ein Juwel: im alten Stil belassen, geschmackvoll renoviert und ausgestattet mit einer Mischung aus modernen und antiken Einrichtungsgegenständen. Die Lage ist einmalig mit seinem Blick auf die weite toskanische Hügellandschaft mit unserem Dorf in Gehweite. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einem biologisch geführten Anwesen. Erholung im Einklang mit der Natur sind Ihnen garantiert.

Podere le querci a charming cottage in Val d'Orcia

Podere le Querci is located within a park with olive trees that we grow to produce our unique organic olive oil. The house is on top of a hill overlooking the Val d'Orcia, one of the most beautiful landscapes in Tuscany. From the house, you can see some of the most enchanting Tuscan towns: Montalcino, Montepulciano and Pienza. The cottage looks like a typical Tuscan house renovated with a modern touch in the countryside. There is no wi-fi and no Air conditioning.

Das völlig neu renovierte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete <b>Strand-Cottage</b> befindet sich ganz in der <b>Nähe vom Yachthafen</b> in Marina di Grosseto und <b>nur ca. 50 m vom Meer entfernt</b>, in einer ruhigen, sehr recherchierten und sympathischen Wohngegend. 

<br><br>Das Haus wird von einem kleinen Aussenbereich umgeben. Sowohl auf der Vorder- als auch auf der Rückseite steht den Gästen eine <b>überdachte Terrasse</b> zur Verfügung.

Mit herrlichem Bergblick ist das Chalet „Casa Albereta“ in Bagni di Lucca ideal für eine entspannte Auszeit. Die 50 m² große Unterkunft bietet ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa für 2 Personen, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad – geeignet für bis zu 4 Personen. Zur Ausstattung gehören TV und Waschmaschine. Ein Babybett kann gegen Aufpreis bereitgestellt werden.

Bungalow Superior

Caratterizzato da uno stile semplice e moderno, da spazi ampi ed arredi curati in ogni dettaglio. È composto da due camere da letto: una camera matrimoniale e una camera tripla con due letti singoli ed uno a bandiera. Completano l'alloggio un soggiorno con cucina, due bagni (uno con doccia e lavandino, uno con wc e lavandino) e una veranda arredata con tavolo e sedie.

Baita Le Pozze

Das Chalet "Baita Le Pozze" in Abetone ist eine isolierte Hütte im Wald, etwa 50 m von der Straße entfernt. Diese zweistöckige Unterkunft, die einen herrlichen Bergblick bietet, besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Geschirrspüler, 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern und bietet somit Platz für 7 Personen (ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Einzelbett).
