Villa Giotto is a fantastic 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom semi-detached villa, with modern comforts such as air conditioning, internet, and WIFI. Set on top of a hill in a panoramic position close to Volterra, it boasts stunning 360-degree views from its large private gardens and terraces and the communal pool. The large open-plan lounge is a very comfortable and sociable space with three sets of patio doors to take in the views, and there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a dishwasher.

Il Vigneto

'Il Vigneto' is a traditional stone house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. A magnificent swimming pool over seven meters in length benefits from having full sun throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven. Inside, the house is spacious and immaculate with a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, that also contains a sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a utility room room.

Cottage with private terrass on a sustainable farm

The cottage is located on La Ca’ Solare a beautiful organic farm from the 19-century on a sweet hill with a large pool. You can have a beautiful three room cottage (40sqm) with a marvelous view. Upon reservation breakfast buffet is available at the price of 13€ per person/day. Dinner is served some days with fixed menu and organic products. Dogs are welcome and the cost is 10€/day. AC is available and costs 5€/day. Tourist tax 2€ per day/person from 10 years old and max 5 days.

Our local area is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, joggers or simply walking through the incredible Tuscan country side that offers memorable sights of farmland, forests and rolling hills.

Seine Lage in der Nähe eines Supermarkts und in einem Wohngebiet von Tuoro sul Trasimeno macht es zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für einen erholsamen Urlaub in Umbrien und der Toskana. Der Trasimeno Bungalow ist das Ferienhaus meiner Eltern und ich wohne nebenan.

Nice and quiet apartement with big terrace

We offer our apartment for you holiday. It has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom. Not to forget a nice big sunny terrace. It's about 600m outside of Capoliveri, free parking space and a beautiful view. Before arriving all guests have to be registered in Istat (Italiaans statistic bureau). Therefor we need the place of residence and gender of all the guests.

Tuscan vineyard bungalow, 30 minutes to Florence.

My place is fresh and clean. It has fabulous vineyard views and is close to Florence. The Castello di Nipozzano is within walking distance. I can book you a winetasting and visit to the historic cellars. I know my place is great for couples. We really enjoy telling you the best places to visit and the best country restaurants in the vicinity.
