På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

This elegant two-room apartment is located in a newly developed area in western Malmö called Limhamns Sjöstad, its a 5 min walk to the sea which is situated right next to Malmös largest beach, there are marinas, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a golfcenter just a short walk from the apartment but still just a 10min bus/bikeride downtown.
