All essentials are there including fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances, new bathroom walkin rainfall shower 100 inch cinema screen and projector for cosy nights in and hot tub for luxury nights out on the decking area with garden furniture & BBQ

The apartment is a 30 minute drive from the stunning North Coast attractions and a 45 minute drive from Belfast. The apartment is located 50m from our house so we are nearby to make your stay enjoyable. An Electric Vehicle charger is available on request. Additional charges apply.

Conveniently located 0.5 mile of the A29 Road between Dungannon and Cookstown. Have a relaxing walk around the country roads or visit the various local tourist attractions such as Tullyhogue Fort and Drum Manor Forest Park. Traditional country style cottage with ample parking. Local amenities in Newmills village which is 2 miles away.

At over 100 years old, this townhouse has just undergone an extensive renovation that modernised and created open plan living, new central heating system and contemporary fixtures and fittings for your comfort. An ideal property for a family stay (we can accommodate 2 adults + 4 Kids) as it positions you right in the middle of the north of Ireland at the foot of the Sperrin Mountains. Its excellent location means it is also ideal for any business related trip to the area.

The Green House

Centrally located terrace house within walking distance of local amenities - pubs, shops, restaurants, cinema are all within a few minutes on foot. **Please note there is no television** but there is good wifi with Superfast broadband so all guests can stream and zoom on their own devices. We offer a 12.00 noon checkout for a more relaxed departure. Cookstown is approximately 1hr by car from Belfast, Derry or the causeway coast and just over 2hrs from Dublin.

The Hen House is a quirky, corrugated Tiny House retreat with a comfy double bedroom, kitchen and cooking facilities, a private hot tub, and daylight-attracting gallery windows that showcase the Sperrin Mountains to absolute perfection! Spend the evening taking in the views whilst relaxing in front of the Danish Morso stove or enjoy the communal Gin Tin facilities with BBQ. The Hen house is at the rear of Bancran School our family home and in a quiet area.
