PARKING IS ON THE MAIN ROAD ONLY, approx 200m walk away. The private lane is only for short drop-offs. Self-contained annex on the edge of BS5. Close to main transport routes and local amenities. It is ideally suited for a single person on a longer stay or a couple on a shorter stay. The bed is a small double at 4ft wide. Set back from the main road so it's peaceful and relaxed A dedicated entrance ensures you can come and go as you please. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

City Hideaway with hot tub (No group parties)

We self built the Little Trooper in 2017 with the intention of achieving a unique, fun and comfortable oasis hid away up a private road in the middle of the City giving a holiday feel to escape the fast pace of City life. The house has 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 6 adults and 3 children and is intended to cater for large families visiting our beautiful city. I think the pictures say it all really and as you will see the house is kitted out with all the extras and luxuries to please everyone.

Ivory Annex

The Ivory Annex is a modern self contained mini bungalow within walking distance of Kingswood High Street, St George's Park, and 3 miles from the centre of Bristol. A bus stop within yards of the Annex provides good transport links to Bristol Temple Meads Station, Cabot Circus, other Bristol attractions, and to the city of Bath. Free private parking is available for guests within the premises. Newly renovated, it features a living room, kitchenette, hallway, double bedroom, and bathroom.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Bolt: Ground Floor Apartment

This lovely compact two bedroom apartment is a lovely place to stay in Bristol, although out of the centre it boasts free street parking and good transport links to Bristol & Bath Situated in the heart of the community in St George is this newly renovated two bedroom apartment just a 10 minute drive from the city centre. The annex contains a bedroom with double bed, a living area, kitchen and dining area with separate personal bathroom. The dining table is a small two seater table which could double as a work space. The house is a 15 minutes walk to lively Fishponds road with plenty of choices of restaurant, cafes and pubs.

Separate entrance from main house and free street parking. 15 minute drive into town centre . Good bus routes. Quiet and tranquil. Can see main house from the cabin but it’s not imposing .
