Retro Design Apartment in the Letná Art District

I am offering a stay in a newly remodeled apartment in the historical building, which was built in 1892. The apartement has a large kitchen with a fridge, microwave owen and all basic stuff for everyday use, however not everything for some heavy duty cooking. Eating area, living room with a flat screen TV, free internet Wi-fi, 2x bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. It´s situated on the four floor. This is a residential building with no elevator then please be respectful toward the neighbours. Ring the bell R.Milersky (next door) or send text and i will respond asap. Soak up the authenticity of the arty Letná neighborhood. Experience the spirit of small cafes, pubs, and the local artists' shops hidden all around. Local neighborhood with many small groceries, cafeterias and bars. The closest shop is just a cross the street. Some bigger are located from 5-10 minutes walking. There is a nice bar in our street just 2 blocks from the house. The street Veverkova is considered as a local hipster community center. Also the connection to the city center is great. The apartment is situated arround the corner from the well known National Gallery and also next to one of the largest and most beautiful parks in Prague, with its beautiful views sought after by photographs and tourists. Schöne Wohnung mit privatem Garten, Prag

Die Energie dieses Raumes ist mir sehr wichtig. Ich liebe Feng Shui und habe versucht, einen Ort des Wohlbefindens zu schaffen, damit unsere Gäste nach einem Tag gerne wieder hierher zurückkehren oder sogar gerne längere Zeit hier verbringen, drinnen oder draußen im Garten. Ich habe die Möbel und die Kunst sorgfältig ausgewählt, um sicherzustellen, dass sich unsere Gäste hier wohlfühlen und sich wirklich wie zu Hause fühlen. Ich habe natürliche Materialien für die Bettwäsche gewählt, darunter Eiderdaunendecken und -kissen, Baumwollbettwäsche und flauschige Handtücher. Für die Kinder (groß und klein) gibt es außerdem 2 große Kisten Lego, viele Brettspiele, viel Ausmalen und eine Reihe interessanter Bücher. Der Garten ist das ganze Jahr über ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen, mit einer Couch und einem Tisch im Freien sowie einem Grill und einer Feuerstelle, die das ganze Jahr über perfekt für Abende ist. Die Wohnung wird mit einer Wärmepumpe beheizt, die die Wohnung in den kälteren Monaten schön warm hält.

Za poplatek (10€/noc) je možnost využití parkovacího stání na soukromém parkovišti přímo před budovou. Pět minut chůze na metro i tramvaj, která Vás do 10 min dopraví do samotného centra Prahy.
