The Cottage was reinvented from a cabin that stood from the 40’s to compliment and extend the Ranch House. It includes king size bed that opens out onto the deck, 1 queen size bedroom that views the beautiful gardens of my grandmother, 1 bathroom with roll in shower that bathes you in the morning light, furnished kitchen overlooking the river, Dining room table. Outdoor seating on deck and shared pool and Jacuzzi with the Ranch House. The pool in not heated. Handicap accessible. Enjoy the peace!

With over 10,000 SF of vacation space, this home offers the best in fly fishing, cooking and entertainment. The lodge sits on one the best steelhead and trout fishing spots on the entire Trinity River. The kitchen offers the finest amenities and you can walk outside and pick seasonal herbs and vegetables in our garden. There are 4 fireplaces, an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and an 6 person jacuzzi. The game room has a large screen tv, darts, shuffle board, popcorn and snow cone machines

Alpine Camp is an A-frame tiny cabin in the Shasta-Trinity Nat'l Forest; on a private, low-impact campground. Overlooking a 30-foot natural waterfall*, surrounded by ferns, and mossy forest, it’s a basecamp made for relaxing. The cabin’s translucent pop-up window opens into a covered awning, giving you a front-row seat to the forest, no matter the weather, while the mosquito netting keeps the bugs away. Unplug from the noise and immerse yourself in the raw beauty of old-growth wilderness.

Come relax and unwind at our private shangri-la. A family friendly space with a solar heated salt water pool and outfitted deck, hot tub, fire pit, game room, and lots of amenities. This little bungalow features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully outfitted galley kitchen, grill, and a pool deck with comfy lounge chairs, dining and umbrellas. There is a yard with a fire pit and lawn games. Close to town and river swimming yet very secluded. Perfect for weekend getaways or weeklong adventures.

Our house sits on a 5-acre property and is very quiet and protected. The property and house are ideal for family gatherings, friend getaways, or a tranquil couple's retreat. Enjoy your time relaxing and reading in the sun, swimming in the river, playing lawn games (cornhole, croquet), or a friendly game of pool.
