Directly from your doorstep, you set foot on a coastal path which takes to Lee bay, Woolacombe. We will consider allowing pets.

The annex provides an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of every day life. West Down has an amazing pub with good food a village shop 3 mins walk away and easy access to the Coast path and Exmoor.

Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

Tucked away in a quiet, rural location, but just a few minutes’ drive from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, our dog-friendly holiday cottage offers every home comfort plus a little touch of luxury. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

Jasmine cottage forms part of a courtyard of 9 holiday cottages, converted from original farm buildings. It is set in large grounds, with games room, tennis court and grassy areas to walk your dog on lead. At certain times of year there is an enclosed grass paddock to walk dogs off lead but this cannot be guaranteed, as it is occasionally used for grazing horses. The cottage is a short drive to the beautiful Woolacombe Beach and the harbour town of Ilfracombe.
