This skoolie is situated on our 18 acre homestead with a view of the pond that is home to our 5 friendly ducks. Inside, you will find dining space for 6 and a kitchenette with full sink, toaster oven, microwave and mini-fridge. In the bathroom you will find a shower stall and toilet along with some basic amenities. There are two sets of bunk beds along with a queen bed, comfortably sleeping six.

Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. Inquire about pontoon rental availability.

Take a deep breath and relax in this home located on the Muddy Fork Little River. There are two acres of wooded, totally private, and serene but steep land (backyard only). Perfect for the outdoor enthusiast or a quick getaway. Relax on the large wood deck with an outdoor dining table, while grilling out on the Weber charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), or enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the eagles soar above and the crazy amount of deer dash through the yard.

Home Sweet Home Country Cottage

Comfortably furnished and private one room cottage with a full kitchen and bathroom. It has a queen sized bed that sleeps 2 and a twin bed that can sleep 1. The property is located on 20 acres of timber. Deer are regularly seen in the beautiful backyard. There is a grill on the patio that guests may use. It has central heat and air and ceiling fans. It is three miles from Kentucky Lake. There is no WiFi or cable, but we do supply dvds and VHS tapes.
