This is the perfect vacation home.

Relax at our home away from home on KY Lake front!! We love the peace and tranquility, and amazing views of the lake. Inside or outside - our favorite is the sunsets! With your own dock and water access you can bring or rent your own boat and leave it for your stay - no in and out of the water each day! The dock also has a swim ladder making easy access for swimming or canoeing. The house has some furniture updates, including bunk beds (not shown) and fresh paint.

Cozy and family friendly space with plenty of space to park your boat, trailer, or toys. We are about 5-10 minutes from a couple of different boat launches, biking/walking path, and Lake Barkley Sate park (with a very nice beach). We are 5 minutes from the Dollar General, a gas station, & about 20 minutes to town. This is one unit of a triplex. We rent the upstairs unit as well. The other downstairs unit is not rented out.
