The suite and main house was originally a US Coast Guard Lifesaving Station built in 1901 - and moved to its current location in the 60s. The suite has been restored to bring it up to date with modern amenities, while retaining its rustic charm. A full kitchenette, with fridge, toaster, plug in cook top, gas grill + more. The beach and sound are both a short bike ride and the town of Duck is 2 miles north.

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
