A short drive to a choice of amazing beaches and short walks; Maria Island and local eateries. You can relax in the boat shed by day and in the evening, gaze at the stars by the warmth of the fire pit.

Franklin Cottage

Family friendly accommodation located 5-minutes' walk to the Triabunna waterfront, wharf and shopping precinct. A great place to stay if you are visiting Maria Island, Port Arthur, Richmond, Hobart, Swansea, Coles Bay, Freycinet or Bicheno which are able to be done as day trips. A very relaxing, comfortable, private and quiet home for one person or groups up to six. Recently refurbished with a coastal/country vibe. Great outdoor areas and cottage garden. A ferry to Maria Island can be found in Triabunna, a quick 10 minute drive from Orford.

Upstairs an open plan living/dining room adjoins the kitchen with a deck overlooking the ocean, along with three bedrooms for the family. Downstairs, escape to the parents retreat or kids rumpus room- with a TV, lounge and a queen bedroom.
