In the case of 5th and 6th guests we have a sofa bed 140x200. Downstairs terrace is possibly open with a kitchen during the nice weather or during cold weather is usable as well because there is a big heater. Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

ATTENTION: Until the end of MARCH 2025, there might be occasional noise due to renovation work on the building. One thing I love the apartment is its perfect location. It is located just one street next to Erzsébet körút. This means everything you want to explore - restaurants, bars, sights, cultural events - is very easy to get to while on the other hand, due to it's location on a quiet street, you won't be bothered by any noise coming from outside.
